COMBINED LEAGUE CUP

The Combined League Cup is a competition for teams not in European competition.
It is played as a group round robin first round with the top team in each group plus the 3 best group runners-up progressing to the quarter finals.
The knockout games are played over 2 legs with penalties being used to decide the winner if the aggregate scores are tied.
The final is played as a one off match at a neutral venue.
