The Under 23 League Trophy is the league cup for Under 23 teams.
The first round is a group round robin with groups of 6 teams
Each team will play 4 games, 2 home and 2 away but will not play a team from the same Division
Knockout rounds are 2 legged with penalties being used
to decide a winner if the aggergate scores are tied after 180 minutes
The semi-finals and final are a one off match played at a neutral venue.
